Meet in the green, 8 km from Ghent
Not your ordinary hotel room, but a manor house with character, tucked away in the green between De Pinte and Ghent, 8 km from the city centre and 3 km from Sint-Martens-Latem. For companies at the nearby Technologiepark Zwijnaarde too, Villa Parkbos is an appealing alternative to the in-house meeting room. We rent out our spaces during the day for board meetings, strategy days and smaller discussions, away from the daily grind.
Our spaces
Vintage Room (Boardroom)
The same characterful room, arranged as an intimate boardroom with an oval table: ideal for discussions, decision-making or a smaller round-table session. Seats up to 10 people around the oval table.
Lounge
Informal lounge with fireplace, ideal for a break or a networking moment.
Buffet Room
A dedicated space, separate from the meeting room, where your own caterer can get to work. Tap water and coffee are included as standard. For lunch, choose soup and bread, a buffet or wraps, arranged yourself or through one of our regular caterers. An honesty bar is always available, billed afterwards, and several drink formulas can be arranged on request.
Garden
Walking paths, tennis and basketball court, pond. When the weather is good, you move outside effortlessly: a walk between sessions, an informal moment around the fire bowl, or simply meeting in the green.
