Swap the usual escape room or bowling alley for a manor house with a garden, 8 km from Ghent. Start the day with a workshop or meeting session in the Vintage Room, then head outside for tennis, basketball, a walk along the pond, or simply relax in the garden. Finish with a shared lunch or BBQ, the kind of day that mixes focus and fun without leaving De Pinte.
Our spaces
Vintage Room (Presentation)
A flexible room for a morning briefing or team session, with screen, projector and Wi-Fi. Comfortably seats up to 25 people in theatre setup, up to 30 at maximum.
Vintage Room (Boardroom)
The same room, set up as a boardroom for a more focused strategy or kick-off session with up to 10 people around one table.
Vintage Room (Workshop)
Or set up as a workshop room for a hands-on team session, with worktables and materials at hand.
Breakout room (first floor)
Split the group into smaller teams for parallel exercises or a quiet side session alongside the main activity.
Garden & Sports
Tennis and basketball court, walking paths and a pond, with plenty of room for a friendly match or a relaxed walk between activities.
Lounge
Fireplace for an informal debrief or a relaxed moment together.
Buffet Room
Tap water and coffee are included as standard. We're happy to take care of lunch for you, together with our regular caterers: choose soup and bread, a lunch buffet or wraps, or extend the day with a BBQ in the garden. We tailor the formula to your group, programme and budget, and are flexible with special requests. Prefer to work with your own caterer? That's possible in consultation, subject to a flat fee for the use of the buffet room, refrigeration and additional cleaning. An honesty bar is available, and several drink formulas can be arranged on request.
