A multi-day offsite, in complete calm
For a two-day strategy session, leadership offsite or team retreat, Villa Parkbos combines a workday space with an overnight stay. Work in the Vintage Room by day, unwind in the garden or lounge in the evening, and stay over in one of our three rooms, sleeping up to 8 people together. Away from the office, close enough to Ghent not to lose a day travelling.
Our spaces
Vintage Room (Presentation)
A flexible room for your working sessions, with screen, projector and Wi-Fi, in theatre setup for up to 40 people.
Vintage Room (Boardroom)
The same room, set up as a boardroom for a more intimate strategy session with up to 10 people around one table.
Vintage Room (Workshop)
Or set up as a workshop room for a more hands-on session, with worktables and materials at hand.
Breakout room (first floor)
Split the group into smaller teams for parallel working sessions alongside the main room.
Overnight stay
Three rooms, Azul, Forest and Sunset, sleeping up to 8 people together, ideal for a small leadership team staying over. Breakfast or brunch can be included the next morning.
Garden
Walking paths, a pond and a fire bowl for an informal evening moment between working sessions.
Buffet Room & Dinner
Tap water and coffee are included as standard during the day. For dinner, extend into a BBQ or a seated meal in the lounge, arranged yourself or through one of our regular caterers. An honesty bar is available, and several drink formulas can be arranged on request.
