Yes, pets are welcome in all rooms. Just let us know when you book, we charge €15 per pet per night. Certified assistance dogs stay free of charge.

Yes. If you're arriving after 9pm, we provide a key lockbox on request so you can check in yourself.

We have 3 rooms (Azul, Forest and Sunset), sleeping up to 8 people together. Book one room, or all three for a group.

Yes. Our 3 rooms sleep up to 8 people together, and with two extra camp beds we can accommodate up to 10. This is arranged on request, handy for a retreat or family gathering, for example.

What's the cancellation policy?

Depending on the rate you choose, a booking is either non-refundable or flexible up to 3 days in advance. Separate terms apply for group bookings.

How far is it from Ghent, Bruges and Brussels?

Ghent is about 20 minutes away, Bruges about 45 minutes, and Brussels just under an hour.

Is transport available?

On request we can arrange a taxi to and from Ghent, and we rent out electric bikes (reserve in advance).

For events, meetings and seminars, there's on-site parking for up to 25 cars.

Up to 10 people in boardroom setup, or comfortably 25 in theatre setup, up to 30 at maximum.

As a general guideline we recommend 30 to 50 guests, in line with our parking capacity. Smaller groups tend to feel most at home here, given the calm atmosphere we want to keep.
