For a larger group, a study day or a presentation. The vintage room in presentation setup seats more participants than a classic boardroom, with all the calm of a manor house 8 km from Ghent and close to Technologiepark Zwijnaarde.
Our spaces
Vintage Room (Presentation)
Theatre setup with a large screen, ideal for a larger group. Wide French doors bring in beautiful light and a view over the garden. Seats up to 40 people in theatre setup.
Breakout room (first floor)
Split the group into smaller teams for workshops or exercises alongside the main session.
Buffet Room
A dedicated space for coffee, drinks and lunch for a larger group. Tap water and coffee are included as standard. For lunch, we, or one of our regular caterers, can provide a running buffet, soup and bread, or wraps. An honesty bar is always available, billed afterwards, and several drink formulas can be arranged on request.
Lounge
With fireplace.
Plenty of room for an informal break or a networking moment between sessions.
Garden
Walking paths, tennis and basketball court, pond. For a break in the open air between sessions.
